School and Industrial Kitchen Sanitation and Hygiene Practices among HRM Graduates

Kitchen practices such as sanitation and hygiene are crucial precautionary methods in preventing untoward accidents due to carelessness the kitchen. This study aimed determine Hotel Restaurant Management (HRM) graduates’ kitchen school their industry. There were sixty-seven HRM graduates of College Cagayan de Oro City employed different hotels, restaurants, chains who participated participants study. A snowball sampling technique was used. Both descriptive inferential statistics used generate findings. Generally, results show that have a minimal implication on real-life Among practices, only storage is significantly having an impact both Thus, findings call for need intensify teaching actualizing real concepts
